If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went in 10/11/23 @5:30 pm. Service representative was extremely rude. The store apparently doesn't recycle but according to the rep they get at least 200 packages a day so bad for the earth. I will go to a different location next time, even though I have to go to the Springs!

My UPS Store #1374 has very good associates and the timing of getting their packages put away is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers and customers needs.

UPDATE: From one star to FIVE STARS and this was all my fault. The package was sent with the same label used on a separate package. TOTALLY NOT this stores fault. It eventually got there. I dropped off a package on a Saturday morning. FULLY understand there is no pick up on Saturday or Sunday, Monday being a holiday I can understand there may not have been a pick up then either. Here we are Wednesday morning and there is still no tracking update. Called the store and the reason for the ONE STAR REVIEW is the horrible "BLAME THE CUSTOMER" attitude by the lady that took my call. I expressed my concern and was told basically you are bring ridiculous. Told the item was picked up Tuesday evening which doesn't show on the UPS website. In essence the CUSTOMER IS WRONG and quit bothering me was her entire tone. Looks like I need to find another place to take my UPS items

I had some important packages delivered from a 3rd party abs they were to be held at this UPS store. I never received a call or an email stating they had arrived. When I call the manager she raises her voice and told me she “has called me 5 times and she sent it back to sender before she never got a response.” I never received any call as I screen calls daily for my business. She made it seem like it was my fault without looking into the circumstances and trying to figure out what happened. Come to find out, there was no number placed on the package because I called the sender to find out what was going on. If you hate customers and hate customer service, don’t work someplace where you have to talk with people and troubleshoot problems. I may have to have this same package redelivered. If my experience with them changes, I will update my experience.
